With reference to the on-going negotiations around the A&E review, we understand that many of our members have concerns about the amount of rumours going round the trust at the moment. We have had many meetings with the trust management team who have given proposals around the ORH report, CIP and potential shift patterns. As yet the trust have not clarified how this will affect staff. We have asked questions for the trust to respond with clarification and yet there have been no firm proposals from the trust.
We know this has dragged on for a number of months but we can assure you that once we have clarification of firm proposals from the trust we will inform our members straight away. Any changes in terms and conditions will not be agreed without consultation with our members, it will be your decision on whether or not the proposals will be accepted. Unison is members led union and will continue to be.
